Trinity Dental Practice continues to follow guidance issued by The Scottish Government and the Chief Dental Officer to try and limit the spread of COVID-19.
From the 1st November 2020, The Scottish Government are moving to Phase 4 of the NHS Dental Remobilisation Plan. Although this is a welcome step forward it is not a return to business as usual. Due to the current constraints, patient appointments will remain lower than normal and we will have to prioritise patients based on oral health needs.
Entry to practice continues to be by appointment only. Only patients who have been triaged and appointed by telephone will be allowed entry into the building.
We at Trinity understand the difficulty that this will cause to all of our patients but the health of patients, staff and the wider community must be the priority at this stage to minimise the spread of COVID-19.
We have a robust system in place to offer advice to patients who feel they may require urgent care. Please call the Practice on 01343 542697 in the first instance and further advice will be given.
Outside normal working hours, if you feel you have an URGENT dental need, please contact NHS 24 on 111.
At this very difficult time for all of us we ask you to be understanding as we endeavour to provide the best care and advice which we can in the circumstances.
Please follow all the guidance issued by The Scottish and UK Governments, stay safe and we look forward to resuming normal service at the earliest opportunity.
Regards and best wishes fron The Team at Trinity
